HOLIDAY and BIRTHDAY GIFTS
A gift certificate for a single class or a series of classes makes the ideal gift for the aspiring or accomplished cook in your life. 

You can choose between private classes in their home or a space in our group cooking classes (maximum 10 students) at our NYC school on West 26th Street.


WEDDING GIFTS
A private cooking class for 2 is a gift that both the bride and groom can enjoy. There is nothing more valuable than having a chef-instructor come to the newlyweds' home to help them decode all the new kitchen equipment from their registry.

 

COOKING CLASS REGISTRY

Brides and grooms can register for private cooking classes together through Maxwell-Silver New York, a unique online gift registry combining the wares of NYC's best boutique stores.

 

PRICING
Public classes are $95 each (maximum 10 students).

A private class for 2 people in the home is $300. 


Private class recipients will choose their own menu and the time/date of their class when they call to schedule. They will be sent a detailed shopping list before the class. (There are many online grocery delivery services that make this a breeze.)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

LOCATION

We are happy to come to any home kitchen in the New York City area (Brooklyn and Queens included). We can also travel beyond the boroughs. Traveling fees (to New Jersey, Long Island, Westchester or beyond) are $60/hour roundtrip from Manhattan plus transportation costs (bus, train, or tolls). If you have 8 or more people, your traveling fee will be waived.
