ABOUT OUR KITCHENS
- Our kitchens can be rented separately (each has its own front door) or rented together for a larger space (they share an interior door).
- Our kitchens are a mix of modern, vintage, and industrial design elements.
- They have the functionality of a commercial kitchen — butcher block and stainless steel work tables and loads of cooking equipment — tempered with the warmth of home: rich colors, wood and marble dining tables, glass and enamel lighting fixtures, and giant skylights.
- Rates include use of all kitchen equipment and servingware.
LOCATION
Our kitchens are located at 158 Grand Street @ Lafayette in New York City, on the SoHo / Chinatown border.

IDEAL USES

KITCHEN #1 SPECS + RATES
- 600 square feet, with a private bathroom
- 36-inch induction range plus separate convection oven
- Accommodates up to 14 seated / 20 total
- $175/hour; 5-hour minimum (4-hour min. until 4pm, Monday-Friday only). 8-hour day rate is $1200.
- $150 cleaning fee (includes dishes, glassware + cookware)
KITCHEN #2 SPECS + RATES
- 1000 square feet with a private bathroom
- Accommodates up to 24 seated / 35 total
- 36-inch commercial electric range plus separate convection oven
- $200/hour; 5-hour minimum (4-hour min. until 4pm, Monday-Friday only). 8-hour day rate is $1400.
- $150 cleaning fee (includes dishes, glassware + cookware)
RENTING KITCHENS #1 + #2 TOGETHER
Our kitchens can be combined into one space via an interior door (each space has its own private entrance/front door). If you have a large group or need 2 separate spaces, this is an ideal option. Some pictures that will help you see how the spaces are connected are here.
- 1600 square feet with two private bathrooms
- Accommodates up to 40 seated / 60 standing
- $300/hour; 5-hour minimum. 8-hour day rate is $2000.
- $275 cleaning fee (includes equipment + dishes)
